All sales and services are final. 

Annual payments are not on auto pay and all fees are due at the time of sale. This includes annual sign up, membership fee and monthly payment. This will allow us to offer you discounts and rewards towards services and the purchase of other items. Which allows us time to work towards services and structure your rewards, discounts, and other member services. 

 The fee we charge for concierge portfolio members is more tailored towards each member on offering personal assistance services or building a personal and business portfolio. These products and services are not copy and paste. As a concierge member you receive hand held attention plus rewards and discounts towards current and future services. Due to the scope of work and consulting time all completion of work is given twelve months or project time frames from the date of payment. You will be given eight sessions to work towards your goals and build out a personal or business portfolio.
